Constantine I, 307/310-337. Follis (Bronze, 19 mm, 3.45 g, 6 h), Rome, circa 320. CONSTA-NTINVS AVG Helmeted and cuirassed bust of Constantine I to right. Rev. VIRTV-S AVGG / P - R / R P Campgate with no doors and three turrets. RIC 165. A lovely example struck on sound metal with perfect surfaces. The reverse a bit weak, otherwise, extremely fine.
